Philatelic oreganizations -- stamp clubs, local or regional chapters of larger organizations ... -- can become members of the Northwest Fewderation of Stamp Clubs. To join, complete the Annual Report Form and mail it with the appropriate dues -- shown on page 1 of the form -- to the Federation treasurer.
As the name of the form implies, all member clubs should complete the Annual Report Form in January or February every year and send it with their renewal dues.
